• Supabase (United States) — Database hosting for subscriber and customer data
• Resend (United States) — Email delivery for transactional and marketing emails

• Vercel (Edge Network) — Website hosting and delivery
• Shopify (future) — E-commerce platform for order processing and payments
• TruDiagnostic (future) — Biomarker testing compatibility for protocol validation (independent company, sold separately)
• Methylene Blue Log — Anonymous dosing logs submitted by community members at /log. No personal identifiers unless you provide an email. See the MB Log privacy page for details.

Each of these providers maintains their own privacy policies and security practices. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.

• Subscriber emails: Retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion
• Analytics data: 26 months (Google Analytics 4), 12 months (PostHog)
• Order data: 7 years (required for tax and legal compliance)
• Customer support records: 3 years after last interaction
• Log entries: Retained indefinitely as part of the public community dataset. Personal identifiers (email, hashed IP) removable on request — email hello@methyleneblueultra.com with your anonymous session ID from mb_log_anon_session_id in browser local storage.
