What we store
- Dose (mg), brand, timestamp, and your 1–10 scores for energy, focus, and mood.
- An anonymous session ID generated in your browser and kept in your local storage. It is not linked to your identity.
- A SHA-256 hash of your IP address with a secret salt. Used for light abuse prevention only. The plaintext IP is never written to our database or logs.
- Your email — only if you type one in the optional email field. Reserved for a future weekly digest. Not sold. Not shared.
- Your user-agent string.
- Your optional free-text note. Never displayed publicly.
What's public
- Aggregated median dose, focus, and mood per brand.
- Log counts per brand.
Individual log rows are never displayed row-by-row in public. Your note is never displayed publicly.
What's private
- The free-text
notefield. - Your email, if provided.
- Your hashed IP.
- Your anonymous session ID.
Delete your entries
Email hello@methyleneblueultra.com with your anonymous session ID (from your browser's Local Storage key mb_log_anon_session_id) and we'll delete all entries associated with that ID.
