12. Dispute Resolution and Binding Arbitration

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Binding Arbitration: Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or any products purchased through the Site shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in Harris County, Texas, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

Small Claims Exception: Notwithstanding the above, either party may bring an individual action in small claims court for disputes within the court's jurisdiction.

Opt-Out: You may opt out of the arbitration agreement by sending written notice to hello@methyleneblueultra.com within 30 days of your first use of the Site.
